I was recently at a wedding, where this song was used for the processional.  Hearing this song on its own, I never would have thought of it as wedding music, but there in that moment it made perfect sense.  As the song built to the strong chorus, here came the bride and her father.  The lyrics and musical dynamics perfectly articulated the joy felt by this couple, their families, and all of those who were there with them.  What a celebration!  What a picture of God's love bringing two people together in His holy, perfectly designed union! The song's lyrics, "We are His portion and He is our prize, drawn to redemption by the grace in His eyes," is an incredible statement for a couple to make on their wedding day!  It is through His great love displayed on the cross that we see how to live in our marriages-- Ephesians 5
