Today's Passage: Acts 19
Wow! After reading this chapter I'm left asking, "How did Paul do all of that?" The answer is embarrassingly simple. . .The Holy Spirit. God worked in a mighty way through the apostle Paul. It is easy to feel like you just don't add up or have enough spirituality to do the things Paul did. Good news is we serve and are being used by the same God. The one who called Paul to do a great work is the same God who tugs on your heart to change your life and live for Him!
While your week may not be filled with lectures and debates like Paul's, the power and boldness he had should be part of our everyday faith (19:8). God wants to change this world. He wants to use you in a might way. But He can't use you if you are not aware of His movement in your life.
Do you believe God can use you in a great way? I do! I believe He has some great things that He truly wants to do through us. If we act aloof and simply walk through the motions, then we will never experience life on earth as God wants us to. I hope you are inspired by Paul and the ministry God gave him. I pray that your passion will look similar to Paul's! Be aware of what God can do through you today. Pray that you can be used in a great way in the schedule you have today!
