Today's passage: Isaiah 56-58

I read in a book once that an obstacle to Christians living a fulfilled walk with Christ is unbelief. Now most of us would say we believe in God, but do we believe God? (His attributes, His word, His law)  Isn't this the reason we doubt, worry, stumble, and fall?  We doubt that He will not provide all our needs.  We worry that God will call us to something we can't do.  We stumble because we deny that we can lean fully on Him.  We fall because we think our way is really better than His law. We must believe God is who He says He is! The only way to develop this discipline of believing God is to submit to Him in worship and submit to His word consistently.  The people of Israel had a hard time with it and so do we here in 2010!
