Today's Passage: Mark 13

As I read this passage, I can't help but think of the friends I know who do not know Christ.  I just recently tried to reach out to a friend and talk about "spiritual" things.  He was not interested.  On one hand, there is sadness and discouragement, on the other, there is peace in realizing that God is in control and the Spirit convicts of sin.  My job is to continue to reach out, to be a witness, not convert.  We do not know when the end is coming.  As Jesus said, no one knows the hour except the Father.  We do know that it is coming.  Are we reaching out to the lost (and they are lost) as much as we could?  Are we urgently watching and preparing for the last days?
