Today's Passage: Ephesians 4

We just got done with a great week of VBS: Saddle Ridge Ranch!  And it just so happens that our kids learned a great song that week that is referenced in this chapter!  "Don't be a tumbleweed blowin anywhere the wind may lead, plant yourself deep in the B-I-B-L-E!"  It goes on to give the ABC's of salvation: Admit/Believe/Confess.  I don't mind sayin' it was a pretty catchy tune and my favorite song of the week!   Verse 14-15 says, " Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.  Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is Christ."  The more we plant ourselves in the Word, the less we'll blow around like a tumbleweed, and the more we'll "live a life worthy of the calling you [we] have recieved," (vs 1).
