Brett Lester     - Pastor

  Brett Lester, founding pastor of BCCC, is a 1995 graduate of Baylor University
  and a 2000 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a
  Masters of Divinity with Biblical Languages. He and his wife, Joy, along with
  their children (Katie, Mallory and Hudson) live in Aledo.

  Michael Haffner - Minister to Students

  Michael and his wife, D'Ann, have been leading the student ministry at Bear
  Creek since April of 2004. They have a little girl, Claire Elyse, that was born in
  March of 2008; a little boy, William Cole, that was born in July of 2010 and they
  currently live in Benbrook.

  Brandon Treadway - Minister of Children and
  Music

  Brandon joined the staff of BCCC in April of 2009. He is a graduate of The
  University of Texas at Austin and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
  He and his wife, Ashley, live in Cleburne with their son, Joshua, who was
  born in 2010.

  Darren Shaddix - Minister of Connections

 Darren and his wife Jessica live in Fort Worth with their two kids Kaley and
 Ethan. Darren is  a graduate of Texas A&M of Texarkana and currently attending
 Southwestern Seminary where he is pursuing a Masters of Divinity.

  Michelle - Serving in West Africa

  Michelle has been with BCCC since December 2004. She is a
  graduate of Texas A&M University and received her masters from
  Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in December of 2009.
