Today's Passage: Matthew 28

Everywhere we go, nearly all of us leave signs we've been there, either accidentally or on purpose.  You have to be very clever to not leave evidence of where you've been. Leaving purposeful evidence means we either want people to know we've been there or how to follow us.

Matthew 28 recounts the resurrection of Christ.  He could have simply appeared outside the tomb; after all, He was no longer bound to the same physical laws.  But He chose to open the tomb, to show us where He HAD been, but was no more.  He is risen!  He is alive!

In the same way He gave evidence of His resurrection, He gives us proof He is with us.  If you are a believer, you are His evidence to the world that He lives.  Is His evidence in you?  Are you a living testimony to His reality?  May His Holy Spirit show you that proof today.

I would love to leave evidence that I love Jesus. Sometimes I find that difficult to do.
